Retreat Launch provides commercial strategy, implementation guidance and advisory support based on practical retreat-industry experience. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, bookings, occupancy, funding, venue acceptance, advertising performance or any other specific result.
2. Results depend on the client
Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the client’s expertise, proposition, budget, speed of execution, sales activity, pricing, market demand, staffing, venue terms, customer experience and compliance with advice.
3. Case studies and performance statements
Case studies describe past businesses, campaigns or results and are provided as examples only. Past performance is not a promise of future performance. Revenue figures are not the same as profit, and results achieved in one market or period may not be repeated.
4. Forecasts and estimates
Financial models, projections, budgets and forecasts are planning tools based on assumptions supplied or approved by the client. Actual costs, bookings and results may differ materially. Clients must independently verify assumptions before making commitments.
5. Professional advice
Retreat Launch does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, regulated financial, immigration, medical or clinical advice. Clients should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before acting in those areas.
6. Health and programme responsibility
The client remains responsible for programme safety, participant screening, insurance, safeguarding, staff qualifications, emergency procedures, health claims and all legal or regulatory requirements applying to the retreat.
7. Third-party platforms and suppliers
Advertising platforms, CRM systems, hotels, venues, contractors and other third parties operate independently. Their prices, rules, algorithms, availability and performance can change, and Retreat Launch is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
8. Written agreements control
This disclaimer applies to public website information. The scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and liability terms for paid work are set out in the signed consultancy agreement, which takes priority if there is any conflict.
